Before You Reach Out
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please have the following information ready when contacting support:- Account email — the email address associated with your VisionCam account
- Device and OS — e.g., iPhone 15 / iOS 17, Windows 11, etc.
- App version — found in your app settings or the About screen
- Description of the issue — what happened, what you expected, and any error messages
- Steps to reproduce — a clear sequence of actions that trigger the problem
